where we begin
Every coaching journey begins with a complimentary 30-minute session. This is an opportunity for us to talk through what coaching could offer you, explore the areas you’d like to focus on, discuss the appropriate cadence and programme of sessions, and see whether we’re the right fit to work together.
There’s no pressure - just an opportunity to connect, ask questions, gain clarity about the process, and then decide whether it’s for you.
coaching offer
-

wayfinding
for moments of transition, uncertainty or disquiet - when something no longer fits, and you want space to clarify what matters, what needs to change, and where you want to go next.
-

becoming unstuck
for those times when you’re stuck or can’t get started - when overthinking or fear of missteps keep you circling, and you want support turning ideas and intentions into actionable next steps.
-

giving sustainably
for people who care deeply and carry a lot - when a moment of recalibration is required, resetting boundaries and moving forward with integrity and energy.

for those who need a non-judgemental sounding board - a space to think out loud, sense-check decisions, and fine-tune their approach without pressure or expectation.
We offer 1:1 coaching that is shaped around you - your context, your questions, your outcomes.
We’ll discuss your needs and intended outcomes, and agree on a programme that works best for you.
We’ll work at a cadence that suits you, meeting in-person or online.
We’ll track the impact of your coaching, ensuring you see, as well as feel the progress you are making.
This isn’t a one size fits all approach.
