Supporting defining moments.

Psychology-informed coaching for young adults and early-career professionals.

“Who looks outside, dreams;

Who looks inside, awakens.”

Carl Jung

Grounded in evidence-based psychological frameworks and enriched by creative reflection and embodied practice, our coaching supports early-career professionals and young adults at key turning points in their education and careers.

A trusted process that quiets external noise, deepens self-awareness, and supports decision-making.

Where insight translates into intentional next steps - guided by integrity and purpose, rather than by comparison, expectation or pressure.

Integrative. Psychology-informed. Values-led.

our approach

We coach young adults and early-career professionals who:

  • strive for excellence, but become stuck in patterns of perfectionism

  • procrastinate despite strong insight and ability

  • feel overwhelmed by academic or career pressures

  • struggle with self-doubt or lack confidence in their abilities

  • question their identity and purpose - “What am I meant to do?”, “Who do I want to become?”

  • need support navigating a new role or leadership position

  • are building an idea, a business, a new chapter and need a mentor or sounding board

“This is deep, meaningful work, grounded in integrity and purpose - but there is lightness too, and joy.”

Grounded in psychological science and professional coaching practice, our approach blends evidence-based tools and frameworks with reflective and embodied practice.

Moving beyond surface-level goals and habits, we work at the deeper level of identity, values and beliefs - ensuring that actions and decisions don’t just sound good, but feel right.

Our approach is supportive and affirming, without losing sight of the results our clients want to achieve, and the effort required to get there.

This is coaching, not therapy: focused on solutions and practical next steps, while honouring the depth of young people’s everyday experience.

Here, young adults strengthen their self-awareness, clarify their next steps, and move forward with confidence and purpose.

meet Meg

I’m Dr. Meg Attwood, a psychology-informed coach with a background in education, psychological research, and young people’s wellbeing.

I work with young adults and early-career professionals at formative stages in their education and career development - strengthening their self-awareness, building their self-trust, clarifying their next steps, and encouraging them to live and lead with integrity and purpose.

Warm, perceptive, and outcomes-focused, my coaching offers a reassuring, collaborative partnership for young people who are ready to build bright, bold futures.

“Meg has helped me to find clarity during every coaching session that we have had together. We have covered topics such as managing relationships with key players at work, managing stress, and better understanding my role within the business. Each time I am surprised, and somewhat exhilarated, by how much insight Meg is able to offer, on pretty much any issue. There’s clearly a science to it, but Meg makes it feel as natural as breathing.”
